This five-day getaway is the perfect way to experience the beauty and variety of Guadeloupe’s southern coast and the magical isles of Les Saintes. Blending hands-on sailing with relaxed cruising, you'll be an active part of the crew—taking the helm, learning sail trim, practicing navigation, and settling into the rhythms of life at sea. Along the way, we’ll stop at quiet bays, charming villages, and scenic anchorages, giving you time to swim, snorkel, or simply unwind on deck. Whether you're just getting started or building toward your next step as a cruiser, this short but rich passage offers the perfect mix of learning, discovery, and downtime.

• SAILing Focus:

  This is a hands-on experience, where you’ll gain confidence and skills in a real-world setting. We’ll tailor the learning to your level and goals, with topics like:

  • Basic to intermediate sail trim & helming

  • Plotting short passages & coastal navigation

  • Anchoring techniques & docking practice

  • Weather awareness and decision-making on the water

  • Daily routines and cruising lifestyle insights

  You’ll be involved in each day’s sail planning and operation, with support and instruction along the way.

• ITINERARY:

  Our route will adapt to weather and conditions, but a typical loop may include:

  • Îlet Gosier – A calm overnight stop with swimming and beach time

  • Les Saintes – One of the Caribbean’s most charming anchorages, with French-Caribbean cafés, protected waters, and great hiking

  • Terre-de-Haut – For a scenic mooring, local culture, and shoreside exploring

  • Îlet à Cabrit or Pain de Sucre – Quiet coves perfect for relaxing after a day under sail

  Expect 2–4 hours of sailing per day, balanced with time to relax, snorkel, or explore ashore.

• WEATHER:

  Expect consistent easterly trade winds (15–25 knots), clear warm waters, and plenty of sunshine. Rain is rare and usually brief, and the itinerary is always responsive to weather patterns to ensure comfort and optimal sailing.

• Travel Logistics:

  • Fly in/out: Pointe-à-Pitre International Airport (PTP)

  • Dinghy Pickup/Drop-off at Marina Bas-du-Fort

• PRICE:

  Pricing is fully inclusive onboard, covering meals, snacks, beverages, evening sundowners, and mooring fees. Not included: transportation to/from the vessel and meals/drinks ashore.
